My Story
The Springboard Partnership is founded and led by David Hunt.
In my corporate career, I have grown businesses, established new ventures, launched new products and services, entered new markets and worked with leaders and leadership teams to do the same.
My passion and motivation comes from working closely with entrepreneurial leaders to help them build great companies and succeed in their ambitions.
My strengths are in creating winning strategies, building strong, resilient organisations and developing solutions to improve business performance and achieve results.
I understand the challenges of building entrepreneurial businesses. Growth can be elusive, scale up is complicated and achieving results requires constant attention.
And so The Springboard Partnership was formed to help entrepreneurial leaders with these challenges.

Biography
Before Springboard, I held the position of Regional Director with an international food business. I led the UK company through significant growth and transformation, most recently building and commissioning a large new UK manufacturing facility and then positioning the business for further, step change growth.
I established a high growth start-up venture in UK and Europe, taking a concept from the US and building the European business. I also coached and supported leadership teams to develop and grow businesses in Turkey, India and the Middle East.
I have held commercial roles in the defence industry, including working for a consortium that secured major contracts in the US. Other roles include working with management teams to improve their businesses in the telecoms industry.
Early in my career, I qualified as a Chartered Accountant and later completed an MBA as well as various executive coaching programmes.
I am a big supporter of Enactus, a global organisation that works with students in universities to create and develop sustainable, commercially viable businesses that make a social difference in their local communities. I mentor local students teams.
And outside of work, I like to run, bike, travel, spend time with my family and attempt to learn Spanish.
